Copenhagen – In search of the flavors of tomorrow

For a trend tour, we spent two days in Copenhagen. The Danish capital was the setting for a trip full of culinary discoveries, inspiring addresses, and cozy moments together.

We started at CopenHill, where architecture, sustainability, and relaxation come together. Afterwards, the group headed to Reffen to choose their own lunch among the street food stalls. During a boat tour, we discovered Copenhagen from the water, with snacks and bubbles on board. After some free time, we concluded the day at Restaurant Gemini, overlooking the lake. We spent the night at boutique hotel Hans.

Monday was all about culinary inspiration. We started at Lille Bakery and got acquainted with Hart Bakery. Afterward, local guides took us in smaller groups to exceptional culinary spots. From refined pastries to a gourmet hot dog and cheese with Danish apple cider, there was plenty to taste and discover along the way.

Before lunch, everyone gathered again at Le Pavé for typical Danish smørrebrød. A final drink at Kayak Bar wrapped up the trend tour, with new ideas and plenty of inspiration to take home.
